New Member Sign-In Process (Quick Guide)

  1. Navigate to More > New Agreement.
  2. Select the plan and fill out the member's Personal information.
  3. If it's a family plan, add the Secondary Members.
  4. Go to the Agreement tab and enter your sales information.
  5. In Payment Amounts, adjust any fees as needed (e.g., waive enrollment fee).
  6. In Billing Info, set the payment method to Credit Card and enter the details.
  7. Click Sign Agreement, review the cancellation policy with the member, and have them sign.
  8. Click Finish Signing and then choose Save and Pay or Save and Hold.
  9. Final Step: Go back to More > Agreements, find the new member, and click Approve.
